[How does it work?]

🎨 Step 1: You can print at your leisure.
Upload your photo on our website and/or send it to us via e-mail at hello@charliesdrawingsau.com, choose your desired size for the painting (A4/A3/A2/A1/A0), Choose “How many People/Pets do you want?”, Then choose a shipping option and that’s it.

(You can directly communicate or share your pictures on WhatsApp)

🎨 Step 2: Quicker turnaround time.
We notify you by e-mail as soon as we start the process of painting for you. The Artwork itself takes approximately 10 to 12 days. Then if you choose to get it printed or on canvas, a further 3 to 5 business days to arrive.
🎨 Step 3: Print on as many items as you like.
Our artwork takes between 10 and 12 days to complete, you will then receive an email preview from our email address (hello@charliesdrawingsau.com). Once you approve the drawing we then send the artwork on whatever method you chose. Here are the times for each delivery method:
Email - Instant (after original 10 to 12 days)
Canvas - 3 to 5 business days to arrive

🎨 Order cancelation: If after a couple of hours you decided you don't want the portrait you can cancel your order providing our artist hasn't started work. To find this out it’s best to message us on our Facebook page as this has the quickest response.
