These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from Charlie's Drawings, owned and operated by Neil Capital Group LLC.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Our Products
Charlie's Drawings creates personalised, hand-drawn portraits based on photographs supplied by our customers.
Because every order is individually commissioned, each portrait is unique.
Colours, framing materials and printed finishes may vary slightly from images shown on our website.
3. Ordering
By placing an order you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age or have permission from a parent or guardian.
- The information you provide is accurate.
- You have permission to use any photographs you upload.
- You have the legal right to commission artwork from the images provided.
4. Photographs
Customers are responsible for ensuring uploaded photographs are of sufficient quality for our artists to work from.
If we require additional photographs, we will contact you before beginning work.
5. Artwork Approval
Before any physical product is produced, you will receive a proof for approval.
You are responsible for carefully reviewing the proof before approving it.
Once final approval has been given, production will begin and further changes may not be possible.
6. Revisions
Every portrait includes unlimited revisions before final approval.
We will continue refining your portrait until you are happy with the artwork.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before one of our artists has begun creating your portrait.
Once work has commenced, personalised artwork cannot be cancelled or refunded simply because you change your mind.

8. Delivery
Estimated production and delivery times are provided as guidance only.
While we always aim to meet estimated timescales, delays may occasionally occur.

9. Intellectual Property
All artwork, website content, designs, logos, graphics and text remain the intellectual property of Charlie's Drawings unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Personal use of purchased artwork is permitted.
Artwork may not be reproduced, resold, commercially exploited or distributed without our written permission.
10. Customer Content
You retain ownership of the photographs you upload.
By submitting photographs, you grant Charlie's Drawings permission to use them solely for the purpose of producing your commissioned artwork and providing related customer support.
We will never claim ownership of your photographs.
11. Website Use
You agree not to:
- Use our website for unlawful purposes.
- Interfere with the operation or security of the website.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
- Copy or reproduce website content without permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Charlie's Drawings shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
